This is a great product, and such a sleek design. I love how small the USB is. My only complaint is that the "click" sound is louder than most mice. I do a lot of drawings and I click a lot, so I noticed it at first, but now tend to ignore it. Good value! Would recommend.

Great, great mouse. The receiver is completely out of harm's way when attached to a laptop USB port due to its low profile. The mouse's range is also impressive - not sure how far it will reach, but I sometimes work across a fairly large desk with no degredation of signal strength.
My favorite mouse so far...

I thought the MX1000 was the best mouse ever, but the VX Nano is far superior. The Hyperscroll wheel is very handy, and the back/forward buttons left of the left mouse button are perfectly positioned. I am contemplating purchasing a second one for my desktop computer since the size is more manageable than even the VX Revolution.

After buying countless mice and trackball devices over the years, this mouse beats them all by a long margin. We own two of them and a colleague of mine bought one after trying mine out.
Pros:
- Never have to unplug the dongle... ever. If you do have to unplug it, it fits snuggly and securely inside the mouse. I take my work laptop home every night, and the dongle survived hundreds of ins and outs of my bag without a scratch. My wife's netbook has one, and you can barely notice it.
- Freely rotating metal wheel. It just feels solid, and enables you to scroll through several hundred rows in a spreadsheet within seconds. You can switch to regular mode by pushing on the wheel
- Design is top of the line. Looks like it was actually designed in the 21st century.
- Fits nicely in my laptop bag without taking a lot of space. The mouse is small, but I end up only touching it with three fingers and half an inch of my palm. The rest of my hand sits naturally on the desktop or mouse pad. Result is that I use the mouse all day (8+ hours) without pain.
- Programmable buttons. I programmed the wheel move to the left to be a middle mouse button. One little tumble to the left and it middle clicks. Easiest middle click I've used.
CONS:
- No middle mouse button unless you program it. As seen above, I resolved it quickly by programming the side movement of the wheel to be a middle mouse click. I was used with other mice to push on the wheel to middle click, but I learned to appreciate my new middle click quickly... now I miss it when using other mice.
Overall this is the best mice I've ever used and I have not seen/used another one that comes close.

I have been using mouses since I was 15 and probably went through a dozen and used many more on other people's computers. Every time I used a mouse I was disappointed in something that mouse was lacking.
This mouse has it all, you can change the scrolling style right on the mouse, it fits beautifully into my hand and the little receiver is nice cause you can just plug it in and forget about it. It doesn't get in the way when you put it in a bag. The smoothness of the mouse on all surfaces is unbelievable, and the pouch is a great add on to protect your mouse. I can't recommend this mouse highly enough , I have BECOME A FAN OF LOGITECH!!!! BUY IT AND YOU WON"T BE SORRY
