I got the item and had to reture it and Im still waitting for a replacement or my money back! I already sent it more than a mouth ago, hope you can contact the store, I don't even have their number. [↑]

I decided to upgrade to a classic 160G. I currently have a 30G. Between the four member in my family this purchase was my 10th Ipod. I purchased it on Monday and exchanged it on Wednesday because it would skip to the next track or stop or go back to the menu and I thought it was defective. I returned the second classic on Friday. It had the same problem. I could see from looking at the Ipod classic forums that this has been a common complaint for over a year! Apple support said they were working on a fix and maybe they would have one in a couple of months! As I mentioned we own many different types of Ipods including a 80 G classic that was a Christmas gift for my husband last year that are problem free so it was very disappointing to not be able to give myself this Christmas present. I also caution everyone about updating the software which may or may not cause the same problem in your ipod. Never could get a good answer from Apple support whether they thought it was a hardware or software problem. [↑]
